By choosing the Paypal payment method the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account. ALMA SRL reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.
SHIPMENTS AND COSTS
ALMA SRL ships worldwide via DHL EXPRESS. In accordance with the current international trade legislation, the goods shipped are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the total value of the goods purchased in the same currency as the original purchase. Furthermore, the value of each item purchased is indicated on the invoice.
Below are the estimated shipping costs for each geographical area.
Please note that in the event that, for any reason, a package is not collected by the customer, the shipping costs and any customs duties related to the automatic return of DHL to the sender ALMA SRL are deducted / withheld from the refund due.
ITALY: Shipping is free
JAPAN: The prices shown on the website for Japan include VAT and customs duties. The goods will be delivered at no additional cost.
SHIPPING COSTS: € 30. Shipping is free for orders over € 500

HONG KONG: The prices shown on the website for Hong Kong include VAT and customs duties. The goods will be delivered at no additional cost.

RUSSIA: We inform customers that it is not possible to ship to the Russian Federation.
In the event that the customer requests a refund of the order returned, the refund is made the same day as the package is received and only after the quality control of the returned items.

ALMA SRL reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been authorized or not sent in accordance with the return policy. In these cases, ALMA SRL can return the package to the sender at the original shipping address. In the event of acceptance of an unauthorized or non-compliant return, ALMA SRL may retain 10% of the value of the goods returned from the refund due.
Artselab.net processes orders in Italy, from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed the day following the order date, or the first available working day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Regarding orders with goods both available and pre-order, the customer will receive the order in two phases:
– the available goods will be shipped within two weeks of receipt of the order.
– the goods in pre-order will be shipped within three weeks of receipt of the order.
In the event of failure to deliver an item purchased in pre-order, the customer will be promptly informed and reimbursed.
ALMA SRL can not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by adverse weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond the control of ALMA SRL.
Upon delivery of the goods, customers are asked to inspect the package carefully before signing to confirm receipt of the package. The Artselab.net packages are carefully sealed.
If the customer receives a package that has been opened by the Customs or the Courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be closed with a seal of guarantee or control by the body.
If the package appears tampered with, the customer is asked to sign the receipt of the package with reserve or to refuse delivery of the same. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a complaint with the local DHL office and promptly contact ALMA SRL at email@example.com.
In the event of a package being tampered with, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reservation, the delivery is considered automatically accepted and consequently no claims will be accepted.
All customers, by placing an order, establish a business relationship with ALMA SRL and undertake to accept the delivery of the package relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer’s address for reasons attributable to its lack of cooperation (incorrect / incomplete telephone number, wrong / incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package is returned to the sender ALMA SRL in Italy at the expense of the customer. The costs borne by the customer include shipping costs and any customs charges. These charges will be deducted from the refund due.
If for any reason customers are not satisfied with an order, the items can be replaced or reimbursed within 14 days from the order delivery date.

If the return package is shipped with a different courier than the one provided, all costs arising will be borne by the Customer.

Return Terms and Conditions
The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and / or altered or used as an external shipping package.
In the event of defective or incorrect merchandise, customers must follow the instructions given above. Artselab.net reserves the right to request photographic support for defective and / or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.
